First Blog Anniversary!!!

Un an, jour pour jour, 273 articles et plus de 11600 commentaires publiés: cette journée marque le premier anniversaire de mon blog. Le choix de cette photo m'a paru évident car elle synthétise ce qui a impulsé la démarche de création de mon site. En effet, c'est de retour de mon premier séjour à New York, et chargée de la formidable énergie créatrice insufflée par cette ville extraordinaire, que la suggestion de ma meilleure amie (la photographe à l'origine de cette image) d'ouvrir mon blog de mode a provoqué le déclic. Je caressais l'idée depuis des années  mais c'est clairement elle qui m'a permit de franchir le pas. Passionnée par le côté ludique de la mode et par tout ce que les vêtements peuvent offrir en terme d'expression personnelle , je souhaitais partager cet enthousiasme et le matérialiser en quelque sorte en immortalisant mes tenues et mes inspirations. Je concluerai ce billet par une kyrielle de remerciements: merci à toi d'exister et d'être la merveilleuse personne que tu es Marlène, merci à toi Fred pour le soutien "technique" merci à tous mes photographes et merci à vous chers lecteurs! Merci pour vos visites, merci pour vos encouragements, merci pour vos commentaires et merci pour l'intérêt que vous me témoignez! 

Exactly one year ago today, 273 posts and more than 11600 comments published: this day marks the first anniversary of my blog. The choice of this photo was evident for me because it summarizes the reasons that lead me me to create and open this site. Indeed, it's back from my first trip to New York, and full of the formidable creative energy inspired by this extraordinary city, that the suggestion my best friend made of opening my fashion blog - she's the one who took this picture- that triggered everything. I had been nursing the idea for years but she is clearly the one that allowed me to take the plunge. I'm passionate about the fun and playful side of fashion and about all the things that clothes can bring in terms of personal expression and I wanted to share my enthusiasm and materialize it in a way in immortalizing my outfits and inspirations.

I'll conclude this post on loads of thanks. Thank you for existing Marlène and for being the wonderful person you are, thank you Fred for the "technical" support, thank you to all my photographers and thank you dear readers! Thank you for your visits, thank you for your encouragements, thank you for your comments and thank you for your interest!
