Over The Knee Boots Episode 1: With a Cape and Shorts

Je déclare ouverte la semaine de la cuissarde! Je tiens en effet à mettre en vedette ces merveilles de confort et de style dénichés à H&M. Je ne les ai pas achetées tout de suite, même si j'ai été immédiatement emballée par leur coupe et leur chaussant irréprochable. Ce n'est donc qu'après avoir écumé tous les Suédois de la capitale, en me maudissant intérieurement de n'avoir cédé au chant des sirènes dans l'intervalle, que je les ai finalement retrouvées, grave à la bonne volonté d'une adorable vendeuse du magasin Chaussée d'Antin. Des vertus de l'opiniâtreté. Rien de tel pour pallier à un cerveau en sur-réfléxion et à la pusillanimité excessive... Je vous laisse découvrir combien elles mettent en valeur le motif et la couleur du short, qui, à son tour épouse parfaitement les teintes et l'imprimé du pull. L'ensemble se voit délicieusement chapeauté par cette cape à la couleur caramel brûlé.

I declare the week of the over the knee boots open! Indeed, I fully intend to put these uber comfortable and stylish beauties into the limelight. I didn't buy them on the spot though I was immediately smitten with their flawless fit. So it's only after roaming all the H&Ms of the capital - cursing myself all the while for having resisted the temptation to buy them - that I eventually found them again at their Chaussée d'Antin store thanks to a very good-willing and adorable saleswoman.
Talk about the virtues of stubborness... There's nothing as efficient as that to balance an overthinking and pusillanimous mind... I let you discover how they complement the pattern and colours of the shorts, which in turn perfectly match the shades and print of the sweater. The whole is delightfully topped by this caramel cape.
