Anchoring My Cropped Flared Jeans

En cette période de pré-demi saison et à la fin d'un fashion month, j'ai à cœur d'unir tendances présentes et à venir. Je vais d'ailleurs m'empresser de déposer officiellement ici même le concept de pont modesque qui consiste à anticiper sur les saisons et à mélanger les différentes influences et inspirations issues des podiums. Le sentiment d'avoir un an d'avance en la matière est en effet jubilatoire, j'adopte donc très volontiers dès à présent ce que nous proposent les créateurs pour l'Hiver 2016 en me réjouissant d'avoir investi dans des pièces qui ne se démoderont pas de sitôt et qui n'encombreront pas inutilement mes armoires au bord de l'implosion. C'est le cas de ce jean: sa coupe raccourcie et ample sera à la pointe de la mode Été 2015 mais ne finira pas pour autant aux oubliettes à l'Automne. Pratiquement tous les défilés de ces dernières semaines en proposaient. L'ancre qui orne mon pull fait partie des imprimés phares du Printemps, c'est le cas de le dire ;), et elle fait souffler un vent marin sur ma tenue qui surfe ainsi sur ce qui sera branché pour l'année qui vient. Les escarpins pythons et la veste ancrent ( le jeu de mots était irrésistible) quant à eux le look dans une réalité plus terrienne.

We're in a trans seasonal period and at the end of the fashion month and I'm really keen on bringing together current trends and future ones. I would thus like to formally submit the concept of the fashion bridge that consists in anticipating in the coming seasons and mixing the different influences and inspirations from the catwalk. Feeling that you're a year ahead fashion wise is exhilarating indeed, so I'm more than happily embracing right now what designers are coming up with for Winter 2016 while finding delight in the fact of having invested in clothes that won't turn out of fashion any time soon or clutter uselessly my already nearly imploding closet. These jeans totally falls in this category. The cropped flared cut will be cutting-edge fashion for Summer 2015 but won't fall into oblivion for Fall however. Nearly every fashion show of these past few weeks offered similar pants. The anchor adorning my sweater belongs to Spring flagship prints - you can say that again! ;) - and gets a marine wind blow on my outfit making it surf on what will be trendy for the year to come. The python pumps and the jacket anchor - I couldn't resist the pun - the look in a more earthy reality.
