J'avais prévu de publier un look mais "l'actualité chaude" en a décidé autrement!
Je passais innocemment devant la vitrine de la boutique Annexe ce matin lorsqu'un joli cabas filet a croisé mon regard.
Michael Kors en a sorti un modèle mais le Baltard de Sonia Rykiel est une version nettement plus aboutie, en plus d'être plus abordable puisque le sac coûte deux fois moins!
En plein shopping ban, ou presque, un tel achat ne m'effleurait même pas l'esprit mais, l'essayer c'est l'adopter, et, à peine ai-je pu l'approcher cet après-midi, je n'ai pu me résoudre à le laisser derrière moi...
Un argument de poids fut le fait que le modèle, outre le fait d'être pile dans la tendance pour l'été, sera reconduit l'hiver prochain; ce qui, s'inscrit somme toute relativement bien dans une optique d'achats plus raisonnés.
J'aime également son ADN hybride: l'esprit bohème chic du cuir filet camel mâtiné de la touche rock des chaines des anses noires et des oeillets sur les côtés, sans oublier la douceur velours du sac pochon à l'intérieur. Comme le dénotent mes envolées lyriques, je suis conquise!

I initially wanted to post a look today but breaking news decided otherwise!
I was innocently passing by the Annexe store window this morning when my gaze met this lovely leather mesh bag.
Michael Kors did one this season but the Baltard at Sonia Rykiel is a much more sophisticated version, as well as a more affordable one as it is nearly half the price!
In the midst of a shopping ban - or so I thought...- such a purchase was clearly not on my mind but to try it is to adopt it and, as soon as I approached it this afternoon, I knew I couldn't leave it behind...
A convincing argument was the fact that besides being so trendy for this summer, the bag will be continued next winter which is not totally unreasonable for a more reasoned approach to buying.
I also love how versatile it is: the boho chic vibe of its tan leather mesh toughened up by the black chain handles and the grommets on the sides, not to forget the soft velvet pouch inside.
As you can judge by my waxing lyrical, I'm totally smitten!
